Tricia was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During her childhood, her family vacationed in Wyoming at least twice a year. When she was 22 years old, she decided Wyoming was in her blood and moved to Jackson. After nearly 10 years in Jackson, she decided to go back to school at the University of Wyoming, College of Law and since then she has practiced in Casper and Cheyenne. In 2013, Tricia and her husband were blessed with a beautiful baby boy through the Wyoming Children’s Society. Since then, She, Dan, and Alex have been privately the Wyoming Children’s Society cheerleaders! “Now I get to do that in public on the Board and I cannot be more excited.”
On September 19, 2019, Tricia was appointed by Governor Mark Gordon and confirmed by the Wyoming Senate as Director of the Department of Administration & Information. In this role, she is responsible for the management of the state’s central services.
