Once your application has been approved and accepted you will be assigned a dossier specialist who will assist you in preparing your mini and main dossiers. They will also assist with travel arrangements including flight, itinerary, visas and travel tips.

Communication is one of our many strengths. Your dossier specialist will be available to you by phone and email. Messages will be returned within 24 hours.

While you are in Russia, your dossier specialist will communicate with you by phone or through email. Before you travel to Russia you will be provided all contact numbers of our staff in Wyoming as well as our in-country staff.

You will receive in-country assistance from our Russian staff with hotel/apartment accommodations, transportation and interpreter services. You will be accompanied by our Russian staff when you meet with the Inspector and visit the orphanage. They will also assist you in preparing for court and completing all the necessary documents in order for you to take your children from the orphanage and later leave Russia.

Wyoming Children’s Society is a small agency and because of this we are able to provide personal and compassionate services.

Many of our staff members have adopted domestically and internationally and are able to provide insight into adoption from their personal experience.
