Russian Adoption

The Wyoming Children’s Society Russian Adoption Program was established in 2001. We hold a non-expiring license granted by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to bring orphaned children home to adoptive families in the United States. Since 2001 we have brought over 600 children home to families in the United States. Wyoming Children’s Society maintains an office and professional staff in St. Petersburg, Russia.   Wyoming Children’s Society staff will be with you every step of the way from the application to the finalization of your adoption.

Families throughout the United States are welcome to apply to Wyoming Children’s Society to adopt from Russia. If residing outside Wyoming the adoptive family will need to find a licensed home study agency in their state to complete the home study.

The Wyoming Children’s Society has been licensed in the Russian Federation since 2001 and we have held a non-expiring license since July 2007.   Click here to view the Russian Adoption License.

The Wyoming Children’s Society is Hague accredited.
