With WCS, we weren’t just another number. From the beginning, there was open communication and a sense of confidence that our dream of becoming a family would be fulfilled. The journey to fulfilling our dream was made easier by the U.S. based staff, particularly our dossier specialist who walked us through each step of the process and paperwork, as well as checking in with us frequently with any updates. Before traveling, we received detailed itineraries of what to expect each day during our first and second trips. These little touches are what helped us relax during what can be a stressful time. In Russia, we were very well taken care of by our coordinators and translators and will always remember them with great fondness. Along our journey we met several adoptive parents and realized our process had gone much smoother than others using larger big name agencies which made us especially happy that we had chosen WCS as our agency.
