They are a top-notch, caring agency dedicated to their adoptive families and the orphaned children of Russia.  I spent six long months researching to find the agency that was perfect for us and I’m so glad I did because WCS made all of our dreams come true. Their amazing agency did for  our family  what no other agency was even remotely willing to consider, and in a super quick timeframe (10 months total from application to the time we got home). I can tell you with 110% certainty that there is no better agency  building forever families from  Russia than WCS. Their staff here in the U.S. was helpful, kind,  and attentive; and their wonderful staff in Russia bent over backwards to make our travel as easy as possible, handling countless things behind the scenes, affording us  priceless bonding time with  our  precious angels.
