The Russian children available for adoption range in age from 6 months to 14 years. They are generally healthy, unless a child with special needs is desired. A majority are Caucasian. There are also children from Russian ethnic groups and children of Asian heritage.

Who May Adopt

Single women and couples who have been married at least two years. Single women may adopt. One parent must be a U.S. citizen. There is no age limit in most regions. Other children in the home are acceptable.
