Contact the Wyoming Children's Society and see if you are comfortable
in choosing us as your international adoption agency, and request
an Application. (You must be under contract with an adoption
agency accredited to handle adoptions in Russia to proceed.)
Submit Application Form with Application Fee of $ 150. |

for a U.S. passport. |

Begin to gather the documents (certified copies) required: |

Marriage license and any divorce decrees
Note: you will need (2) copies of each, as one set will be submitted
to INS and one will accompany your dossier.
Order now. The process to obtain certified copies of these critical
documents can, in some cases, be lengthy, and might delay your
adoption process, so please start now. |

With our assistance, file your I-600A with the INS (Immigration
and Naturalization Service) |
